work

I go back to work monday. I have mixed feelings about it. I'm ready to get out of the house but not quite ready to leave Logan. Craig took April off so that we wouldn't have to put Logan in daycare quite as early so he will be home with him. But Craig tends to get frustrated with him easiy and just doesn't quite have the patience. I've left for 2-3hrs a couple times and Logan has screamed the whole time. :( I get home and Craig is stressed to the max, not sure how he's going to handle 10 hours!

To add to it over the last week he has started rejecting the bottle and instead screams for hours. I've tried a couple different bottles and am going to try a 3rd. It's just weird since previously he took a bottle without a problem.

I'm also a little concerned how I'm going to fit it all in. Exercise has always been important to me for stress relief and now add to it this post-baby body that I'm so not digging. But I don't know how I'm going to be able to work 40hrs a week plus have time for Logan and some time for Craig too and take care of cooking/cleaning AND find the time to exercise. UGH! But I'm sure I'll figure it out, we all do...

Tommee Tippee was the only one Levi would take.
Remind Craig that babies are like horses, they can sense if you are uncomfortable or nervous and they'll get upset...

You are a smart girl, you'll be able to figure it out. You are right, we all do. And all in different ways. It's just balancing things out. And you could always pay someone to come and clean. ;)

Laura what you don't know is that my husband is the cheapest man alive and would never let me hire someone to clean (trust me I've tried that one).

And Amy he tries to help but it's just not up to par. BUt at least he tries...

I know he tries to help out thats why I said it would be a disaster not that he couldn't or doesn't do it. I say you just get craig lactating and then you guys can make a bunch of money of craig being a freak of nature!! he can sel is story to a mag

It's a balancing act for sure! You'll work it out. And it's not always as natural for dads as it is for moms. Learning patience isn't always easy. Hang in there!
