We have a 2 cup glass measuring cup that we fill ~half full of water, microwave the water for a minute or two and then put the bottle of cold milk in it for a minute or two to warm it up.
Water bath.... 1) use hot water from faucet or microwave (if needed) 2) Place bottle in bath and let sit for a minute or two 3) check on wrist to verify temp 4) feed to baby :)
I know that they say NEVER microwave breastmilk....but it's because of 'hot spots'. So if you shake it well, it's fine. I have three kids, all who had microwaved breastmilk (it only takes a few seconds) and who are all totally fine! Do whatever method works best for you.

Place in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes, depends on how cold the milk is.

I always put the bottle in a bowl and ran warm water from the faucet over it
