Some Exciting News!!!
So I accepted a job in Tacoma, WA today! I will be starting there March 5 and will likely move up sometime late February. It was a little bit of a hard decision since I love the California weather and living a block from the beach and I will be taking a rather large pay cut but after a lot of thought and stress I decided that it's the best decision for me right now. The place where I currently work is totally unethical and is putting my license on the line. I have a 2 year contract with them and will have to pay back my sign-on bonus but I would rather do that than get charged with a felony for the crap they do. This new place seems like a really great company and I will be able to do 1-on-1 care rather than jam in 4 patients an hour as I do now, YAY! The pay sucks, but money isn't everyting, right? Plus, I can hope the people up there will be a little better than here since cali people suck! So if anyone has any helpful moving tips or knows anyone in the Seattle area send them my way. :)

Sorry Maura I should have been more specific...LA people, not cali people since I did think about just moving to a different area in CA. LOL!
Oh Laura, I know LA is a sea of people and cars and noise! It's not an easy place to live. Advice for Seattle: Get a good umbrella!

I've been to Seattle twice and I love it. You will have to go to Vancouver and do some skiing...my cousin lives there. I'm headed to CA in March...3-7.(Monterey Bay)
Yea for new jobs! Dana and Josh are in Seattle but that's all I got, I thought Max the Phi Kap just moved there, but he's in Portland, not exactly the same thing

Congrats on the new job! You'll love the Seattle area - I was there years ago for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! I want to move to Portland - the entire west coast beats MI anyday!
